At the Electronic Arts press conference, the guys at DICE showed the multiplayer version of Medal of Honor on stage (EA Los Angeles will handle the single player version) and from the looks of it the multiplayer part is shaping up pretty good.
As for the multiplayer gameplay, it looks very similar to DICE other shooter (Battlefield Bad Company 2) but it seems like you don’t get to play together in squads like in Bad Company 2 which may turn some people off. The visuals looks very good and the action seems intense. The beta for this multiplayer is coming June 21st and for those who have “VIP” access from Bad Company 2 and pre-ordered Medal of Honor, will have early access to the beta this Thursday.
Only time will tell if Medal of Honor game can pry gamers away from Modern Warfare 2 when it comes out October 12.
